Today I had the most amazing lunch ever!
Brad at work and his wife Elizabeth told me about this food truck that often parks outside their subdivision that was really good. They got Jake addicted to the point that he follows them on FB and Twitter to see where they'll be. Today he saw they were fairly near our work so he headed out to pick us up some food.
I got a Bolillo. You can read below for the details but it was AMAZING! I was 3/4 of the way through it before I thought of taking a picture.
They have more than this, but this gives you an idea of some of the stuff they have.

Jake got this burger with bacon, jalepeno jelly, and a peanut butter sauce. He said it was incredible. I might have to try that next time if I can pull myself away from the pulled pork!!!
