This post is long overdue. It's been a few weeks since I've blogged and I've got some catching up to do!
I'll start with my string of bad Comcast luck. Right when I got back from my trip to WA and AK this summer, our Internet wasn't working. Comcast came out and fixed it. The next day, our cable went out so they had to come back out. I had requested another phone jack put in, but the repair guys couldn't do it - an installation tech had to do it. He came not long after these other issues. He . . . "made a damage" as you can see in this picture.
Apparently, he was in the attic walking on a beam and one of them wasn't nailed down very well. It tipped and he fell through the ceiling - well his foot did - up to his knee.

Well I AM trash talking Comcast because we just had a horrible time with them over the last month. They ended up coming out to our new house three times to complete what should have been done the first time. Plus, they were unprofessional and didn't follow through with several things they told us they would to begin with. UGH!! Not great customer service. I'm glad you got it all fixed and didn't have a horrible experience. That hole in the roof looks like it could have been a lot worse if he fell completely through so thankfully it stopped there.
I love the picture of "the damage", the "after" picture looks perfect.
